The fiber is made from PET bottle flakes. About 36000 pieces of PET bottle flakes can be made to about 1000kgs of PET bottle flakes. The PET bottles can be kept more than 100 years. Our use of this recycled materials can protect the enviroment. Also the fiber has its charactors of high smoothness and good elasticity, widely used in home textiles.

We have two sets of production lines, specializing in 2.5D to 15D hollow conjugated siliconized and non siliconized, down like fiber anf flame retardant fiber(with BS5852 and TB117 certificate), widely used in home textile, home furnture, stuffing toys, clothing industy. By good quality and good service, our products are sold both in domestic maret and overseas.
Our siliconized fiber mainly can be used in home textile, such as filling sofa, pillow, cushion and winter clothing and non siliconized mainly can be used in non woven fabrics, such as padding, mattress and wadding.
We use PP pressed bale to pack our fiber. About 9200kgs can be loaded in one 20 Feet container and about 22000kgs can be loaded in one 40HQ container.
