This type of fiber is made from PET bottle flakes. About 36000 pieces of PET bottles can be cut to 1000kgs of PET flakes, which is veyr helpful to the enviroment for these plastic bottles can not rot. We are also certified by GRS and OEKO TEX 100. The fiber is widely used in stuffing pillow, quilts and sofa.
Our fiber is pressed in bale. For 7D/15D HCS, the bale weight is about 275kgs and about 32 bales can be loaded in one 20 GP container and about 80 bales can be loaded in one 40 HQ container.
